How to open a US business bank account as a foreigner.

If you’re a non US entrepreneur (with no Social Security Number) trying to process credit card payments with Stripe, receive Amazon payouts to a non-supported country, or running a US LLC need a US business bank account – here’s how I solved a few big pain points for myself & opened a US bank account.

If you are not in the US, and you do not have ITIN or SSN, actually you do not have lots options.

Mercury

Most of time, Mercury should be a good option. Mercury dose not ask ITIN or SSN. But if you are search ” Mercury close my bank account”, you will found lots discussion in Reddit.

NOVA Bank

Nova Bank, has lots of negative feedback in the Reddit, some of them said Novo Bank is horrible. Every bit of communication is handled through chat, which is really an email. It takes hours to get a response. There is absolutely no phone number. They’re only open M-F, 9-5 so realistically you’ll only get 2-3 responses a day. Also Nova has some issue with cash deposit. Business owners will need to wait days for the cash available. It really impact the cash flow.
